Mira is a lawyer by training and she obtained the LL.M title in Sept. 2012. She studied at the Universities of Freiburg (De), Melbourne (Australia) and Cologne (De) with a focus on private international law and ICT law. Upon obtaining her law degree she worked for several years as research assistant at the Law Faculty of the University of Hagen where she was project manager for the development of a multimedia tool for distance learning. During her years as legal trainee (Rechtsreferendarin) at the District Court of Cologne she worked for the media service provider of Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) in the field of media and licensing law, as well as for the international law firm CMS Hasche Sigle in the intellectual property rights division. She also spent several months working for the Swiss-German Chamber of Commerce in Zurich dealing with Swiss and German commercial and corporate law and for the Permanent Mission of Germany to the United Nations and other international organizations in Geneva in the field of public international law. Mira is a Legal Counsel at ETH transfer. She joined the office in September 2008.

Mira is on maternity leave, she will be back in the office in Aug. 2013
