Alexa studied psychology at the University of Chicago and went on to obtain a PhD in physiology at the University of Oxford. She has worked for a number of years in basic research, investigating the cardiovascular consequences of obesity. She has also worked as a business development manager for the University of Cambridge, aiding in the identification and implementation of strategies for the University to collaborate with industrial partners, as well as managing the ongoing relationships with these companies.
Alexa is a member of swiTT (Swiss Technology Transfer Association).
Alexa is available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
