Latsis-Prize of the ETH Zurich

Every year, the Fondation Latsis Internationale awards the 'ETH Zurich Latsis-Prize' to acknowledge independent, excellent and completed scientific contributions by young researchers at ETH Zurich. Established in 1985, it recognizes scientific work of particular excellence from all fields of research undertaken at the ETH Zurich. The names and disciplines of previous ETH Zurich Latsis-Prize laureates can be viewed on the List of Awardees (in german).


The ETH Zurich congratulates the Latsis-Prize winner of the ETH Zurich of 2012, Prof. Olga Sorkine.

Procedure

Candidates may be nominated by professors of the ETH Zurich. Nominations must be supported by a letter from the respective department. They must be written in English and include:

Call for Nominations for the ETH Zurich Latsis-Prize 2013

Nominations are now being accepted for the ETH Zurich Latsis-Prize 2013. All necessary documents must be submitted in PDF format electronically to research.commission@sl.ethz.ch by March 1, 2013, 23:59 CET.

In 2013, only candidates who have not yet reached the age of 40 by April 30, 2013 can be recommended. Also, please note that nominations will only be accepted up to the level of Assistant Professors.
